Rozelle

The philosophy of this design was to create a contemporary addition to the existing cottage, while working within the constraints imposed by the local council. The cottage was restored to include two bedrooms, while the existing additions were dilapidated and subsequently demolished. The new two storey addition consists of two gabled roof forms, with brick and metal facades that create a distinct material differentiation to the existing weatherboard cottage.
